Italian Herbs is a family-owned & operated medical cannabis dispensary in Ashtabula, Ohio. Our mission is to welcome patients at their comfort level, providing quality medical cannabis products and product education in an inclusive, caring environment.
Italian Herbs is built on family, and we welcome you to join us. At Italian Herbs, we meet patients where they are on their wellness journey with the goal to enhance their lives with quality medical cannabis, education, and caring service.
Patient Info
Upon every visit to Italian Herbs, you will need to bring the following:
1. An active OMMCP patient/caregiver card (digital or physical)
2. The valid State I.D. you used when registering for the program
Valid forms of ID include an unexpired Ohio driver's license, an unexpired Ohio identification card issued by the Ohio Bureau of motor vehicles, or an unexpired U.S. passport book or passport card.
Note: If the patient is a minor, their caregiver must also register in the Patient/Caregiver Registry and the registered caregiver must also be present.
You will need to come inside to complete your patient profile on your first visit to our dispensary! To expedite your first visit, fill out our new patient form. After your first visit, you will be able to utilize our pre-order and drive-thru options.
Drive Thru Option
We are proud to be one of Ohio’s first dispensaries with a drive-thru! Follow the steps below to utilize our drive-thru:
1. If you have never visited Italian Herbs, you will need to register as a patient in our lobby with a Dispensary Associate to be able to utilize the drive-thru option.
2. Once you are established as a patient, you can leverage the drive-thru option by placing a pre-order using Dutchie, our online shopping tool. Before you arrive, be sure to select “Drive Thru Pick-Up” when placing your order.
3. When your order is ready, you will receive a text message/email alerting you that we are ready for you to pick up!
Please note: Our drive-thru service is for pre-orders only. To reduce wait times for others, please come inside the dispensary if changes to your online pre-order must be made.
