Italian Herbs is a family-owned & operated medical and recreational cannabis dispensary in Ashtabula, Ohio. Our mission is to welcome customers and patients at their comfort level, providing quality cannabis products and product education in an inclusive, caring environment.
Italian Herbs is built on family, and we welcome you to join us. At Italian Herbs, we meet customers where they are on their wellness journey with the goal to enhance their lives with quality medical and recreational cannabis, education, and caring service.
Patient Info
Upon every visit to Italian Herbs, you will need to bring the following:
1. An active OMMCP patient/caregiver card (digital or physical)
2. The valid State I.D. you used when registering for the program
Valid forms of ID include an unexpired Ohio driver's license, an unexpired Ohio identification card issued by the Ohio Bureau of motor vehicles, or an unexpired U.S. passport book or passport card.
Note: If the patient is a minor, their caregiver must also register in the Patient/Caregiver Registry and the registered caregiver must also be present.
You will need to come inside to complete your patient profile on your first visit to our dispensary! To expedite your first visit, fill out our new patient form. After your first visit, you will be able to utilize our pre-order and drive-thru options.
Drive Thru Option
Drive-Thru Service
Our drive-thru is available for both medical and recreational cannabis orders.
Medical Orders
- First-Time Medical Patients: If you have never visited Italian Herbs as a medical patient, you must register in our lobby with a Dispensary Associate before using the drive-thru service.
- Returning Medical Patients: Once you are established in our system, you may use the drive-thru by placing a pre-order through Dutchie, our online ordering platform.
- Order Pickup: You will receive a text message or email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
Recreational Orders
- Place a pre-order through Dutchie, our online ordering platform.
- You will receive a text message or email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
Please Note: Drive-thru service is available for pre-orders only. To help reduce wait times for other guests, any changes to your online order must be made inside the dispensary.
